Igglwilv ?

First off, are there any AD&D/AD&D 2nd Ed. stats for Igglwilv? Only thing I've ever seen is an AD&D blurb saying she has the spellcasting ability of a 25th-level Mage, and can cause those who cross her to automatically fail their next 3 saving throws.

Secondly, are there any conversions ofr her to 3.0 or 3.5? We've got 3.0 stats for her son Iuz (in Dragon # 294) and his dad, Graz'zt (in Book of Vile Darkness)....

I'm not aware of any actual stats for her, but there are clues as to what her 3e stats would be.

First, her level. If your source states that she is 25th level in 2e, then she should probably be about 30th in 3e Igwilv was supposed to be a better wizard than Mordie, and he is 27th these days after all.

Second, how far to bump her sats and spell pen. Well, she needs to have been able to summon and bind (but not to well) Graz'zt. So that will give you a guide to what her Int stat should be like.

Thirdly, the auto fail 3 saves screams epic spell to me, so we know that she must be able to do epic magic, and have researched a spell to do this.

Don't forget that she can alter her form at will as well. Maybe she would make a better sorcerer than a wizzie...

I've never seen stats for her in any edition.

Gygax has said she's based on a goddess/villainess in the Finnish mythos, but her name escapes me. She can be found in the 1e Deities & Demigods; she's an evil old crone, the mother of another villain in those mythos.

I'm not that familiar with the epic rules--you may well be right--but it also seems like Fatespinner might be a good fit.
