Grapple should be -2 (I don't think you can apply Weapon Finesse to grapple checks).

Add Jump -5 to skills line to account for less than 30 ft. speed.

I hate to intrude, but this is so amazingly close to the type of critter I'm looking for it's almost uncanny. The thread is here:

If there is any possible way you might be able to help me get the Illithocyte down to a CR of 1/4 to 1/2 (especially by taking away psionics and slowing movement a bit), I'd be able to use it quite easily and it'll solve a pretty major snag in my adventure. If I take away the vulnerability to fire and drop the Swarmfighting attack would I still be able to achieve the approximate CR I'm looking for? If I make it a tiny bit bigger, will that effect the CR? (I picture my version being a bit more thick around the middle & a bit longer, like a highly emaciated human might become...if transformed into a maggot.)

That's not to say you shouldn't develop the version you're working on currently, but maybe you could help me come up with an ".alt" version? (Pretty please?) Any help is greatly appreciated!

To get the CR below one, I'd first recommend reducing it to 1 HD. That would reduce the BAB, grapple, attacks, and saves. You'd also have to eliminate 3 skill ranks (I'd take them off of Listen and Spot) and one feat (probably Blind-Fight, because without Weapon Finesse they'll never hit anything). Reduce spell resistance to 11. I think you can keep swarfighting. Upsizing it to Medium probably won't affect CR, but by the guidelines it should get +4 Str, -2 Dex, +2 Con, although you could fudge that a bit. If you do use these ability changes, ditch Weapon Finesse rather than Blind-Fight.
