Well, my Friday was somewhat downbeat. It feels like I'm as far behind at work as I've ever been, and I'm quite fatigued at the moment. On the upside, my best friends are hosting a bonfire in their back yard tomorrow night, which should be fun and might possibly be even more fun. Plus, I've decided 'to heck with it' I'm not going to work tomorrow, and I'll probably sleep in Sunday too. Yeah, I'll end up going to work sometime Sunday, but I won't pull another all-nighter like I did on Labor day. So, overall, things are looking up and I'm enjoying being a total slug tonight.

Somebody pinch me. 'Cause I like it.

Dude, you can get in trouble sayin' stuff like that. Better hope Joshua and reveal don't read this!

I'm eating some great mexican food from a small local place, typing on EN World. My son is watching Dora right now. As soon as that's done, we're gonna watch the Stargate mid-season finale.

Tomorrow we watch the new Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie on DVD with some friends and then game until we stop.

Sunday afternoon we walk in the Corporate Cup run. It's a charity event for the American Lung Association we do every year. We always walk the 6 mile course. Sunday afternoon I get my new tat filled in.

There was pain, strife, and glory.

The pain was watching part of season one of Star Trek: Hidden Frontier. Everyone says it got better in season 3, but I want to slog through the bad stuff to establish the arc.

The strife was worrying about my wife. Part of my city flooded a little. Nothing major, but, you know.

The glory was watching the first two episodes of Star Trek: The New Voyages. That's some good stuff.

I also downloaded the Star Wars: Revelations movie. I'll likely watch it this weekend sometime.

Also had some good couple time, free of adult and teenaged children tonight as they sleep over places that I do not own.

So chill on, Rel, I'm with you.
