impact of changing type from 'humanoid' to 'fey'

If a character changed type from 'humanoid' to 'fey,' what in-game effects would follow?

They'd be immune to hold person, and alter self gives them a completely different suite of forms to choose from.

What else am I missing?

They'd gain lowlight vision.

They would not be subject to: Daze, Enlarge Person, Reduce Person, Charm Person, Hold Person, Dominate Person, and Ghoul Touch. Alter Self and Reincarnate have a different range of options for them.

Knowledge concerning them would be handled by Knowledge (Nature) rather than Knowledge (Local).

I checked the SRD quickly and none of that information is part of the monster type Fey. I trust you are reading into those specific spell descriptions(which I haven't yet) but shouldn't there be a little more information in the SRD listing?

All the 'Person' spells only affect humanoids, so as a fey you'd be immune to them.
Reincarnate only reincarnates you within the same creature type (as of 3.5).
