D&D 4E Important 4e Charts and Reference

Hey folks,

On Saturday I'm starting up my first 4e campaign, and I'm in the process of loading up my three window "Master Screen" with useful charts and reference from the 4e books. And I figured I should throw it open to the masses!

For those who have already played, what's the most important material to include? What have you needed to reference most? Etc.

All input is appreciated.

Having run a 4E game for almost 11 hours last saturday, a couple of tables would have been handy:
Difficulty class and damage by level (DMG 42?) - Handy if you need to come up with a DC or damage from something on the fly.
The PHB listing of every Status Condition - Wow is this handy; Plus, it fits on one page!
Monster Statistics by Role (DMG): If you need to quickly BS a creature you didn't intend for the PCs to fight, and can plug some numbers quickly, this chart, combined with a solid knowledge of the game, lets you give combat-worthy stats to anything or anyone the PCs fight, even if you didn't intend on it!

I'd also include basic rules for things you foresee using often. (flight rules, mounted combat, grappling, or whatever is specific to your campaign) Also, a chart with The Players' Characters' Names (I find I am terrible with names as a GM) and basic Defenses would be handy. (But would be costly if you are printing a new screen out on paper every session) (A simple Index card works great here)

Thanks, guys. These are good suggestions. Has anyone else found any information that they have to keep coming back to? (The equivalent of Grapple or Turn Undead rules in 3.x?)

I'm working on a template for such a chart.

This is what I have:

* PC Name, class, and level (adding the player's name might help, although I usually can remember which player is the Eladrin Wizard...)
* Passive Insight
* Passive Perception
* Initiative
* AC
* Fortitude
* Reflex
* Will
* Max HP
* Bloodied

I'm thinking of adding a separate encounter tracker to keep track of things like action points, healing surges, and second wind. Maybe a list of their powers by name, with checkboxes for the encounter and daily powers so I can keep track of which ones they've used?

On that note...

Something we've been using for a while that really seems helpful:

Notecards.

Have each player do one with his name, passive perception and insight, and Initiative modifier.

If you get the bigger cards, you can generally fit an entire monter stat block on each one, with enough room at the bottom for hp checking off and any minor notes ("Marked by So-and-so" or "ongoing poison 5" for example).

Then when initiative comes up, just organize the pc and monster cards into one stack, and flip through as each turn comes up. Way way easy.
