We have a unique opportunity for an exclusive interview about the GSL. Morrus and I will select a handful of questions to ask WotC and get answers. Quick, what are the most important things you want to know?

I'll be submitting a list in approximately an hour from this post.

Thanks, everyone.

I would like to know to which extend adopting the GSL will affect a 3PP's ability to produce and publish new OGL material.

Are there provisions to prevent Licensing of "fluff" IP to another company to get around the restriction. (Paizo Licenses John Smith Game to publish Pathfinder adventures in 4e GSL.)

Will there be a provision preventing companies from creating partnerships, or forming other companies, with the intent of keeping alive OGL material that fans may desire?

EDIT: Charwoman Gene beat me to it. :)

1. Will publishers be able to publish both OGL and GSL products simultaneously?

2. In general, can you describe what the contents of the SRD will be? Will it have the same scope as the 3.5 SRD?

3. Will Wizards continue to maintain the 3.5 SRD on their website?

4. Will third-party publishers have access to use Wizards' IP, e.g. Beholders and Illithids?

Can a company keep publishing/selling their portfolio of old OGL stock (PDF stock and Print stock) while creating Only New GSL Content? Possibly the same way the WOTC is doing now and make it PDF only?

In laymans terms what is the intent behind the new GSL? Are you trying to force 3rd party publishers to make a one time choice between publishing OGL material or publishing 4e compatible GSL material?

Can a publisher publish material that is compatible for 4e without using the GSL?

Will there be any Open Content at all in 4e, or is all content only accessible through the terms of the GSL?
