Improving Longstrider

The spell Longstrider is a 1st level spell that gives the caster a +10' on his movement.

What level should it be so it is range touch, target any creature?

How 'powerful' would that be?

erm...... I would replace londstrider's raneg to touch. The extra touch is not enough to make it a level 2 spell but then with a range of touch it is more powerful.

Still 1st level, IMO. If you feel that's too good, change the duration to 10 min per level, vs. the standard 1 hour per level.

Personally, I like the idea of making it a touch spell - I may give that a shot in my next campaign.
