Im planning on playing as a dread necro and need to know what deity packs the best set of domains.

Well, being a Dread Necro give a hint about what it is you're looking to design your character around, but What exactly are you looking for? Fear? Undead Mastery? Casting in general?

There's also the 3.0 book Deities and Demigods.
