For lots of interplay and cool conflict history among gods I'd recommend Divine and Defeated for the Scarred Lands gods.

Unfortunately for what you want to avoid it slots exactly to a LG paladin god, N nature god, NG healing god with dwarven and elven patron deities as well.

With a little tweaking, like reworking the names, the Aztec pantheon would be good. Lots of good interactions and personalities.

Well, the SL deities aren't that narrowly defined, really. The LG Paladin god is also the deity of crafting and fire. And the nature deity is technically neither N nor a deity, as she doesn't grant spells even.

There's more play there than you might expect, though I'd also expect that from a lot of pantheons.
