Others off the top of my head:
140. a drunkard accosts the pcs for some booze money (he may or may not have a cover story for what he'll do with the money)
141. one individual or a small group of people wave down the pcs and get in their way, asking all sorts of personal questions about who they are, where they've been, what they do, etc. These inqusitive folks may be would-be adventurers themselves, fans of a famous group, local watchmen, or just nosy commoners. If you're particularly evil, they may be tax collectors wanting to get a an assessment of the characters' wealth value. Even worse would be the Survey Lady demons that follow the characters to hell and back until their questions are answered.
142. A notable local personality walking around in his/her sleep
143. A bear stumbles about being stung by bees. He has a hand in their hive seeking to get some honey.
144. "Bring out yer dead!" A collector of the dead pulling a wagon full of deceased plague victims, There is a 5% chance one of the "cadavers" protests that he's not actually dead yet.
145. A noble being carried by 4 brawny men on a sedan chair demands the characters make way for him.
146. a rather odd gnome begins talking with the characters about rutabagas and turnips. If the characters listen, he'll tell all sorts of outlandish family stories relating to vegetable acquisition. It's up to the DM if any of these stories are true.

147. At a blacksmith's shop, a customer argues over the quality of good previously received and whether he should get a refund.
