You place an arcane symbol on a chest, barrel, or box of great quality. When opened, five items are found inside the container. The five items must be weapons, implements, or shields. Any weapon in the container thet uses ammunitions comes with one full set. Weapons, implements, or shields created by this ritual are mundane but fade away after a item equal to your Arcana check.

19 or lower - 12 hours
20-29 - 1 day
30-39 - 1 week
40 or higher - 5 weeks

If any of the items created by the ritual are the target of another ritual, that item becomes permanenet and the other items begin to fade away in 1 round. If the container is used in another ritual, any item that is not permanent fades away instantly.



Animated Armory Monster
If multiple items created by the Instant Armory ritual become permenent, the container for the ritual becomes an animated armory. All the items and the container are instantly teleported somewhere on the same plane and creature is born.

The animated armory teleports 1 mile away. It leaves behind 1 magic weapon, implement, or shield in its place. If it has only 1 item left, this ability is disabled.

The animated armory is created containing 5 magic items. When it uses Shameful Escape, it loses one of its items.

Define "Somewhere on the same plane."

Can it get more items? Replace lost ones? Add to itself?

Why is weapon of shame necrotic? Why vs will?

Is it harmless if attacked from range? will it attack if unprovoced?

What are it's goals? what does it do all day?

What happens if all weapons are taken? can it be killed or will it just teleport?

if it is restrained, can it's weapons be taken?

if so, I think it would make a better higher level monster with more reliable attacks.

Arcana DC 25: The animated armory is created when multiple weapons created by the Instant Armory ritual become permenant. The items are teleported into the container and the container teleports away.
The animated armory is usually a chest or box with two or three legs sprouted from its bottom and sides. The items inside of it are magically bonded to the chest and can float around the creature.
Every animated armory is overprotective of the items inside of it. It will release its hold on its items as a defense mechanism but feels great shame in doing so. With each defeat, the armory's sense of destruction increases and it can channel its sorrow directly for the Shadowfell through a black blade that attacks the mind.
