"Easy enough. I think I can meet Mr. Freidrich when he gets off the plane. Sparrow and I can run a revolving tail on him or if I get close enough I can put a bug on him. I figure Renfield will be busy working on the computer for the next few hours. That said I think we should start looking at our equipment." Campbell will state to the group.

OOC: As a hacker, you would get one electronics pick, plus, given your charisma bonus, one pick from the faction equipment list (Gadgets, Tradecraft, Vehicles or ResourceS).

OOC: For my vehicle pick, I take a Chevy Lumina, a mid-size passenger sedan. I'm not sure I follow, but do I automatically get the upgrades associated with it (it can fit 2) or are those seperate picks?

OOC: Campbell will use his picks to choose the Caliber II Dossier on Freidrich, Caliber II EMP Gadget, and Caliber III Still Camera (Commercial-Grade).

Also as one of my class abilities I will allow the other two to each improve one Caliber II pick to a Caliber III pick.

The number of upgrades next to the vehicle name in the list isn't the maximum number of upgrades it can have, but rather, the number of free upgrades, so it will get two upgrades, and you can spend more vehicle picks to get more upgrades, as per table 4.78.

Also, the mid-size sedan is a Calibre I vehicle pick and, thanks to your ability, your vehicle pick is a Caliber III pick, which can be divided into two separate Calibre I vehicle picks. I hope I'm being clear. You also get another three gear picks from any of the faction categories because of your +3 charisma bonus, and four common items as well.

What's Campbell going to house the EMP pick in, you have to choose one of your items to contain it. Also remember, you get 1/3 your wisdom score in common items as mission picks as well, which would give you an extra four.
