Pathfinder 1E INTEREST/RECRUIT - TIDERULER - THE FALL OF LAHOLT (HIGH-LEVEL CHARS)

tglassy, do the stats for him and go as far as you want to. I'll interpret him like an NPC (so you don't get overwhelmed), but if you put him in the party you get to control his actions as if he was your character. How about it?

I just know he said to do the stats for him. And there are no rules that I saw on how to stat them. Just a level restriction.

Hm, in 3.5 you were directed to use these rules:

http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/npc-classes/non-player-characters/#TOC-Table-NPC-Ability-Scores

(which were then ported into Pathfinder)

But yeah the description of Leadership doesn't specify that. In any event the GM's given rolling a thumbs up so it's all immaterial now. :)

...

Annnd I'm going with a Magus. Which may mean we don't have much in the way of healing, hehe. Sorry about the switch. When I saw we didn't have a frontliner anymore, I decided to look again at the options and the Magus is actually really cool.

Hmm!

So we don't have a fighter now? Or was the fighter someone else?

And the thrall is a slayer.

I'm the fighter, don't worry :) just have break enchantment ready when I get dominated. Any teleport items out there in case of force cages?

No, that was a suggestion for the thrall.

But if you really want to cover melee, I can make truenamer elf (archivist, rune caster)

Neurotic, there can be more than one melee person, that's fine. :)

But if you're not an alchemist, then healing is a thing.

Hm. I could go bard though. A bard can heal. I shall consider.

Thanks Archon, and thank you for being a trooper and running all the games! :)

I know. In fact there should be more melee than casters. But we lack healing. We could probably live with wands, healing x5 restoration x1, death ward x1 and break enchantment? Does that cover it?

Merry Christmass!

Merry indeed!

My bard is complete. Still a melee striker, but with some healing capability the magus couldn't use. Still depends on consumable items and UMD for restoration and other upper echelon heals, but can uncork a CLW or CSW from known spells just in case a wand isn't handy.

And didn't have to sacrifice much combat power either. The magus was more mobile for sure, but a Dervish Dancer bard can uncork some pretty impressive damage after just a couple of swift actions!

I do sacrifice some party buff potential for that, but I still have some goodies to pass around.
