Actually, one of the thing I've noticed from a few women gamers is they liked the fact they played women characters in a man dominated world. However, that is a really cool place to read about interesting characters and I thank you for that.

Read the Dune books by Herbert and you will see how women even in some pseudo-traditional roles can be major players in a fantasy/sci fi setting. I understand that women play an even more important role in the upcoming mini-series Children of Dune.
