Invisibility changes

Since I didn't want to disallow invisibility...

I changed it for a low magic setting in the following ways to resemble the movie PREDATOR:

- Invisibility gives you a bonus to hide as your caster level and allows hide in plain sight. This bonus does not stack with a cloak of elvenkind or shadow armours (but still gives the ability to hide in plain sight).
- If you move less than 20 ft per round, you get a bonus of +10.
- Enemies may use spot checks DC 20 to notice that something invisible is around (as PHB).
- Spot checks who beat the hide result are a move equivalent action to locate the invisible person. You still suffer all penalties from full concealment if you try to hit.
- Usual spot check penalties (e.g. for range) apply.

What do you think about it? I didn't want to make it half movement since I think a flying person who moves at 45ft per round would still be easier to notice than a slow moving one.
