Okay,
I have started on the site and thanks to some slow days at work it is coming together slowly. Sure it is no frills - but the approach is simple and clean and appropriate for IRON DM. If later on we get someone (*cough*ENworld*cough*) to host it and we get a team of people working on it - we can add bells and whistles - and someone who can really design websites can takea crack at it.
Anyway, for now what is important is that all the info get up there - so in that vein, I am looking for volunteers.
I need people to help me cut and paste the entries and the judgments in a nice and clean format into a word document (one doc for each tourney).
Basically each round should look like this:
Preliminary Round - First Match-up: So-and-so vs. Such and Such
And there would be four of those (second match-up, third, etc), followed by the semi-final round and then the final round.
If there is a 3rd place match and/or a special "championship" match please incude those as well.
If you want to grab an interesting looking exposition or two - go for it - just add them to the end of the doc and label them properly (don't want more than a couple per tournament though).

If you want to help out with one of these - please post which one you plan to do and then do it and post again when it is done and email it to me. I would really appreciate it, esp. since I fear that with all the problems with the boards lately an indiscriminate purge of old stuff is eminent.
P.S. Those who help out will get the URL for the site so they can keep up with progress as I work on it before the unveiling.
Note: Please, Please Please, don't just rip the whole thread and send me that - the whole point is that it take a lot of time to pull out the relevant stuff and I need help!
