[Iron Kingdoms] The Age of Rust.

Dark looks upon the tide of furry bodies, a holocaust yet to come simmering in his eyes. He says nothing...for what is there to say to a talking rat?

gavyn dundrake

gavyn's eyes narrow at the influx of hairy vermin and he begins to clench his teeth in anger until his injury gives him a sharp kick in the head to remind him it's still there.

"what's all this then togen, me old mucker? not trying to fob us, are ye?"

"Lookin fer something for a lot less than it's worth let me tell ya that." Tyra says after a moment of shock at the whole concept of a talking rat. I shall definitely have to light that greasy goobs head on fire iffin I find he knew of this. Rats!? @#$%, like you could ask for a better ally down here.

Glances around trying to figure just how much of a mess they are in.

Tyra & Dark

The black rat sinks back to four paws, it's nose twistching irritably. The rest of the brood are edging closer, with whiskers and flickering tails now discernable amidst the vapour.

"The... Queen commands... you go. Strangers... unwanted. You... bring the wrath... of the... witch... on us."

"An if we get her to look for us, she'll spend less time looking for you folk to pick on now won't she?" Smiles charmingly. "An iffin we could get a little help I'm sure we could roll a couple wheels of cheese yer way later on."

Dark looked at Tyra, then back to the corpulent rat. Fire began to corescate about his hands, spreading to his arms - how he wanted to burn something, the urge was almost irresistable!

"Where is the black-clad witch rat queen? Tell us, and we shall be beyond your concern..."

Tyra raises Lady Rose as the first sight of flame from the mad man's hands. "Ah ah.. not while the pretty lady is talkin wit the rats. You snuff those flames afore we all get rash an stupid again." glances to dark with a quirky smile. "I'll let you play with fire later..first we talk to the nice talking rat. WITHOUT such crazyness understood?"

Dark looks dissapointed at Tyra's words, but the flames recede. Only, a slight shimmering in the air about the sorcerer's hands reveal that his fire is not yet out.
