Iron Will, Great Fort, Lightning Ref...names are wonky

Let's see, I once statted out a paladin 2/cleric 2/sorcerer 12 with an 18 Wisdom and 28 Charisma, and the Iron Will feat, for a total Will save of +26. That fits "Iron Will," I think.

If I were going to use a different name for my saving throw feats for a particular character, "improved will" or just "will save +2" are not high on my list.

Kord's Mental Indomitability or Sun Quan's Tower of the Mind, however, sound great.

It's been a little gnawing at me for a while now, I just never got around to posting it. It's not a big thing, just a little disparity between that names and the likely effects.

The worst feat name, however, must be that of the dreaded... Monkey Grip.

I mean, the ability to wield enormous weapons... and it's called Monkey Grip? "Fear my twin-wielded Monkey Gripped greatswords".

EDITED TEXT: Do not use "gay" as a pejorative phrase here, please. That isn't appropriate. Thanks ~ Piratecat

What about all the skill feats? The PC often doesn't have the skill itself maxed out, but he has a Skill Focus, or is particularly Acrobatic/Persuasive/Stealthy or Self-Sufficient? :)

True. I propose a simple fix: these feats are modified to give a +10 bonus on the save. That way, they deserve their name. :)
