Really? That'd be a good quote to have. The power text says "until the end of your next turn the target takes 1d6 damage for every square it leaves." That just begs for someone to drop a mass Push or Slide effect on those poor fools, or at least Tide of Iron.

Thunderlance is a good alternative for a straight-up Wizard blood mage, or a Warlock/Wizard blood mage of higher level than 16th. Wouldn't work for this 16th level build, though, since if you multi to get an encounter power from another class it can't be your highest-level power.
Plus it's fun to get the most out of that Con score, and move the targets 6 squares instead of just 4.

He's a warlock, so at 16th level with 22 Con that's 109 base hit points. This particular build includes the toughness feat, so add 10 hit points to that total. Spending Second Wind is a minor action for dwarves, and the damage from Burning Blood is automatic to all enemies within 10 squares "when you spend your second wind" (no attack roll needed). That makes it particularly good if there are any minions within the AoE, though in that case the megadamage from the rest of the combo is wasted.
So he's spending a daily(right?), an action point, a healing surge.. and what else? Another daily?
And he ends up maybe taking himself down. How tough are monsters of this level exactly? What sort of damage is an equal level rogue pulling off?
He's spending two encounters, an action point, and a second wind (which is essentially a daily, since it doesn't come back until you take a long rest).
It's not the ultimate combo or anything like that. Honestly I think Irongorn the heavy ranger/pit fighter is better. I just thought it's interesting, and would be of interest.
