I don't think we have time for it, if we want to save that guy. (I love it, both as a DM and a Player, when the Adventure doesn't take into account the player's first response to a dilemma.)

I still have 1 spell and 5pts of lay on hands. I have no problem using them up use now if we need some healing before setting out on this.

Harb would argue that. If this guy's a ranger we can't afford to let him die. Saving him would accomplish a lot of things we need to do.

Everyone I just wanted to let you know I am leaving on Monday for a week long road trip and I do not know if/when I will have access to the internet. I will try to wrap this encounter up before I leave, but if not we can fire it back up in a week or so. Thanks for understanding.

I’m back in town and back to work after a much needed, and excellent vacation. I should get things going again when I get home from work tonight. I was hoping to get things up last night, but I underestimated how tired I would be and also how much catching up I would have to do in all my threads to be able to post.
