Likewise, I'd describe it as a fairly significant part of my life. A major hobby, I'd end up with too much spare time on my hands if I didn't play...

I used to be very embarassed about playing, got less so now, but still somewhat shy about telling people about it... mostly.


On a completely separate note, I'm really looking forward to 4th edition - I've heard you'll be able to freebase that.

I voted for "Its a small but important part of my life" - Since this was the closest fit.

As many others have said, being married with 3 kids really puts a damper on ones free time - thus I consider it one of my entertainment options - but not the only one and on equal footing with finishing my basement, playing xbox live with my dad and building legos with my son.....

The reality is that it is a small but important part. The desire is for it to be a bigger part of my life, but work and kids take up most of my time. Need to hit that big lottery to get rid of the work part and wait for the kids to get a little older to make them part of my gaming lifestyle.
