Is D&D Your Favorite RPG?

Nope. As written, it barely cracks my top 10 (if it even does) despite my admiration for the vast improvement in the core mechanics. However, factor in several third party products, Unearthed arcana, and some house ruling and it moves to into my current top five.

No, but only because it is not my current campaign rules system of choice. That would be WFRP2. When I start up another D&D campaign it will reign supreme once more.

No, but it does come a close second after the World of Darkness games. Due to my current group, though, I do end up playing D&D far more than anything else.

Nope, GURPs is, because of its realism, though I love the fact that D&D has way more monsters, way more source stuff, and campaigns for out GM.

Our group is pretty much of the D&D right now, so in the best interest of playing I endure and for the most part enjoy playing the D&D.

Of course it is. It almost lost me with the 2e attempts (as someone else wrote), but 3e's have kinda won me back. For me it's the Greyhawk world and the stories therein that I love so much (i.e. the modules). Mystara would be a close second.

Close behind these would have to be Gamma World and the Marvel Superheroes game. (Ducks to avoid bricks and other material hurled his way!)

Palladium was ok, Merp was okay, V&V was a fantastic idea (but took so LONG!), Star Frontiers was interesting b4 they killed it with spaceship combat, Top Secret was boring, Toon was interesting ONCE, Clayorama (WOW! - anyone else did this? - but only worthwhile once...), DC was boring (but never been a DC comics fan), GURPS did not hold my interest and neither did Champions, Torg - now THERE was an interesting premise! In general I have no use for gothic/horror rpg's. To me the whole thing gets old real fast. Shadowrun was interesting, though.

Course, it's been a while since I wandered away from anything other than the Greyhawk world.
