IS Gary Gygax's World Builder Hardcover any good?

I'm trying to Pare down my order on ENWorld Store, and I can't decide between getting rid of the Stronghold Builder's Guidebook, and Gary Gygax's World Builder. Is the World Builder useful for someone who's putting together a new world?

It was pretty much pounded into the dirt at RPG.net. Yeah, a lot of stuff is bashed over there, but...

the main thrust of it was that it doesn't really help you build a new world, it helps you come up with descriptions for things like trees, herbs, interiors of rooms, and other stuff you can desribe to the PCs to make the world feel more immersive. Many had a different impression of what the book's focus was going to be, based on the title.

It sure was. In addition, the thread on which it was pounded most heavily also contains links to sites that many on the thread say will provide information like that in the book, without having to buy the book.

Also, probably tacking on Horrors of the Wasted West, then I'm just gonna wait for Savage Species and Quintessential Paladin to become available through the ENWorld store, and then I'm basically done. But I'm not ordering until the Quintessential Pally is available, definitely.

I prefer to order in big shots, instead of little bits here and there. So it's probably gonna be closer to 400 dollars instead of 300, I might order Hell on Earth D20 as well.

I find that if it's bashed by the elite gamers at RPG.net I'll probably enjoy it. I plan on getting it, it sounds like something that I can use to expand my descriptive abilities while creating stuff. Gary writes stuff I like, he seems to hit the mark quite often with me.

I'm having trouble finding it. Both of my FLGS dont even show its available. None of they're systems or preview mags list it as a product. I want to at least look at it, and right now im at 50/50 about buying it.
