I had to start off with the whole "Is HARM broken?" in the subject line for this to qualify as a rules question, and plus I knew it would get people in here to check it out because it is such a debated topic. BUT the REAL reason for this post is to ask people to check out this thread:

Edit: I fixed the spelling in the subject, for those who didn't know what I was trying to type and didn't have the time to go through the alphabet and place a letter at the end of "broke" until they found one that would actually make sense.

1) The mods intensely dislike intentionally misleading thread titles.

2) We also dislike insults directed in either direction.
