Pathfinder 1E Is the August Pathfinder book going to have Epic Level material?

Yeah; the PF RPG focuses entirely on levels 1–20. There'll be a little bit in there that talks about what happens after 20th level, but not much. Post 20th level play, whatever it ends up being called in the PF RPG, is a project for a later day. Until then, the current 3.5 Epic level rules work well enough with the systsem—they'll need some adjustments and work, but then any GM who runs epic level play won't be a stranger to that (alas).
Personally, I think that if there is an Epic expansion done for the Pathfinder RPG at some point that its design should go from 21st level to 40th level. Basically, how the games scales up from 20th level should be designed to match how the game was designed from levels 1 to 20.

Any design after 40th level should be done as a seperate system. This would be homage to the old school BECMI design and would allow Paizo to create a tier-like system similar to how 4e works but different enough to be its own creation.

-> Core Rules (1st to 20th level)
-> Epic Rules (21st to 40th level)
-> Immortal Rules (41st to 60th level)

Just my opinion,
