Is the spell "rage" broken ?

The Spell "rage"(PHB) hase no saving throw or SR. So I could cast it on an Ubermage or a Lich and they would fly into a rage being unable to cast spells for the duration of the spell. That seems like it would be a VERY effective spell againt high level mages. Does this seem broken to you guys?

Don't email it to anyone. The spell doesn't work as advertised.

I knew it didn't work on liches, but does it work on ordinary spellcasters?

In a word, yes. The spell affects only willing targets.

But you could try to cast it on the enemy fighter... he might be interested
