Is there a feat in either a Pathfinder or WoTC books that increase your skillpoints per level?

I know its a longshot, and might be overpowered too, but maybe.

Yes, there is one in Complete Adventurer, though its name eludes me (It may simply be called "Skilled"?). It gives 4 skill points, as I recall, but does not let you exceed the max skill points for a skill based on level.

That feat gives 4 skill pts. That's it. I'm not aware of any feats that gives additional skill pts per level.

It's called Open Minded and it gives you 5 skill points. I use it to meet prerequisites sometimes.

Not quite the same, but there is a feat called "Able Learner" in Races of Destiny that lets you get "full value" out of cross-class skills, so your skill points buy full ranks instead of half-ranks.
