is there a shadow-walker Of Drendari PrC?

So far I have seen these guys mentioned in 2 or 3 books but I can't seem to find the PrC. Has one been printed yet?

Yup. They're Shadowdancers (the PrC from the DMG). pg 23 of R&RII says [of Shadowdancers] "Those who discover the very heights of Drendari's mysteries are rare indeed.... The shadowdancers are often caught up in a holy crusade against the penumbral lords,..."
Which is basically what Twilight and the Shadow-walkers are doing (he is Dredari's herald from the tD&tD).

Which is not to say that there wouldn't be another PrC coming along which is related sooner or later. I don't think the group is details in Secrets & Societies (though I don't own the book so don't quote me).

I'll see what I can come with for you San. But as it stands I don't know of any product that has Shadow-walker of Drendari. (Course doesn't mean it might not be coming out.) But Secrets and Societies doesn't have anything, no Graf.

If nothing is actually printed yet, have any of you Drendari followers out there come up for one in your game to pit aginst the Prenumbral Lords and their minions . . . from what I have read in the Divine & the Defeated there is a serious need for one. Since all of Drendari's followers are Rogues I feel that what ever there is should be based on stealth skills rather then feats (or perhaps feats like stealth (+2 Move Silently and Hide) or skill focus (Hide).

so, has anybody worked one up for their game yet?

Well I also thought of being able to command and control magics. Oh and also being able to dispel shadow magic (spells with the shadow descriptor), with greater efficency. Perhaps even counter such spells. Certainly that plus roguish movements would be good. Perhaps even great skill points. (Like + 4)
