Dolorous Blow in Spell Compendium. 3rd level spell, lasts 1 min/level. Doubles crit range, but obviously doesn't stack with Keen or Imp. Crit, but the neat thing is also that it is automatically confirmed, so every threat is a crit hit without rolling that pesky 2nd die.
