Level Up (A5E) Is there an official Flameskull statblock?

Sorry for the newb question, but I couldn't find if there's any official Flameskull statblock (or equivalent) in A5e.tools or the Monstrous Menagerie. Can anybody help me with this?

I believe the Flameskull is designated as Product Identity (although I'm not completely certain). Given the concept, however, it would be easy to add the A5e bells and whistles!

Closest you’ll probably get are the Mechanoskulls, although they’re the wrong CR.
