Is there anything I've missed out?

And who do we see emerging from the waves of chaos following the 4e announcement, proving once again that this very site is the one and only reference any D&D player will ever need?

Thanks Morrus, now I can lazily browse one single page to get all the info I need, all because of the tremendous amount of work you put into this. Two thumbs up to all regular contributors as well.

Morrus is the new Iconic Eric!

Thanks for all the hard work--I'm amazed at how well this place has avoid bursting into flames (enworld has Improved Evasion? who knew!)

And much thanks to the mods, too!

Edit: and the Wotc_Dudes, for being willing to brave the ravening horde to toss us a bone or two :D

I've seen a lot of old familiar faces suddenly back here.

Well, I may be old, if not familiar. :)

4e has gotten the gaming bug back in me. In the last two years, I've moved 400 miles from my group, completely lost touch with gaming, and been stranded without any gaming outside of WoW. Now, I've finally got the fever enough that I decided to run an online 3.5 game.

And after all, if not ENWorld, where does a D&D gamer call home?

Don't forget the bit about +6 wands on James Wyatt's blog. Don't remember seeing that on the 4e summary page.

When you push my "Ask me about 4th Edition" button, I say, "+6 wands." It turns out that's really hard to say clearly in a loud exhibit hall. You just can't make an ND sound loudly enough to be clearly understood above the noise of several thousand excited gamers. Go figure.

With 4e presumably using flipped saves as defenses ala SW Saga, it makes sense that wands would now act as a boost for the wizard's attack roll in much the same way a magic weapon boosts a fighter's attack roll.

This also makes sense considering charged magic items would no longer be necessary when mages can have at will magic abilities.

And as a further cool side benefit, wands now are more Harry Potter-ish! :)
