I was thinking we could have three stages (why plan when we can over plan?!). We could see if people want to have dinner, meet with people and find a place to go, and then have a way for late stranglers to come find us.

Dinner before is a good idea but on a Saturday night with a large group it will be crowded. If we do dinner we should try to make a reservation somewhere. Think the Ram would take a large party reservation? I know Bucca's takes them. I'm not familiar with any other places.

I would say dinner at 6:30pm. That was people who have a game until 6 have some time to get to where ever we're going.

Then 8pm - 8:30pm start the games, whatever they turn out to be. There's been a bunch of suggestions for games already.
