Trying for one of those class combining feats from CAd...

Yin/Yang Energy Adept
Prereq - Ability to turn/rebuke undead, 1st level arcane caster, 1st level Cleric

Arcane levels stack with cleric levels when determining effective cleric level for turning (or any other usage of turn attempts where class level matters). Levels also stack for determinging Caster Level for spells with the Good or Evil descriptors.

I wanted to word that last part to just include spells that involve channeling positive and negative energy, but it looks like that's how those descriptors are usually used. Maybe there's some I'm missing and it needs to be reworded.

Needs some prerequisits maybe:

arcane caster is a necromancer
spell focus (necromancy)
Extra turning feat
Greater turning ability (thanks to Sun domain, are there other ways to get this?)
2nd level cleric or even ability to cast 2nd level divine spells.
Death Domain

probably not all but at least some of the above.

There's no need to specify the ability to turn/rebuke undead if you're making cleric 1 a prereq.

As for the name, perhaps Life Energy Adept.

Well, for the turn/rebuke and cleric 1 thing I was trying to cover any UA alternate clerics or whatnot. I guess it is kind of unneeded.

And yea, Extra Turning is, kind of, a no brainer.

Maybe drop the cleric requirement (as already covered by t/r undead) and instead add "able to cast at least one (divine?) spell with a Good or Evil descriptor".

Master of Chi

Prereq - Ability to turn/rebuke undead, Able to cast three spells with Good descriptor and three spells with Evil descriptor as both divine and arcane. (That seems long winded to me, but it was the only way I could think to word it.)

Is that 6 arcane spells (3 good and 3 evil) and 6 divine spells (3 good and 3 evil, possibly the same spells), or must the 6 spells be ones whose divine and arcane versions can be both be cast by the caster, or something else entirely?

Not to mention that only Neutral clerics can cast both [Good] and [Evil] spells. (Yeah, i know, that's probably not your intent, but it's not worded well)

How about:
Prereq: Able to Turn Undead and cast 3 Arcane spells with the [Good] descriptor ~OR~ Able to Rebuke Undead and cast 3 Arcane Spells with the [Evil] descriptor.
