Right, but the transcription is a (mostly) straight word-for-word account of an actual PnP session. I think there may be some insights to be gained from reading the actual words spoken by each player and the DM. Are your players funny/joking or are they serious? Does the DM do a lot of talking or just a little? Does one player seem to hog all the action?

I would be interested in reading transcripts from other gamers' sessions to see how those groups are similar/different from mine.

we do most of the stuff In Character. we are busting jokes all session long. the DM does most of the OoC talking and the players are reacting. although, sometimes we do ask mechanics questions OoC

We actually did an audio recording of a few game sessions many many years ago. Listening to them later was surprisingly entertaining.

Wish I knew what happened to them.

It's a wonder we ever actually get any roleplaying done.

Sorry, I tried to pick a color that would show up under normal Enworld colors and in Stealth mode, too. Thanks for the feedback. Maybe I'll play with some different colors.

Well, as a matter of fact...

We play via OpenRPG, and I use the log function, so I have become the honorary chronicler of events. So I have transcripts available for when I write my story hour episodes to refer to (Tales from the Ghostsea).

Just this past week, at the request of our fans (yes we have fans! woot!) on Monte Cook's boards, the logs in raw, unedited form have been posted for everyone's perusal.

So each week, the boards see my summary update, where I give them a rundown of the basic plot and any notable actions that took place (like my thief's 'bungee' jump from a yard-arm), and the group discusses what they thought about the sessions, they get to read my story hour from the same campaign (which lags several sessions behind), and now they can look at the logs and see how we played it out.

Just us doing our part to keep Iron Heroes alive.
