Item/Gimmic creation help. Please

I plan on making a gauntlet (Psionic Item) that a has a socket that holds a Cognizance Crystal that holds a set number of PSP (1-17). The gauntlet can manifest Energy Missile. The Cognizance Crystal acts like ammunition clips to use to use for Energy Missiles power. I could just make the equivalent of psionics wands, but gauntlets does not need to be readied since they're mostly always worn in case of emergencies. I need help in the calculating the cost of this, so here's the set up and efects if what I want done.

Masterwork Gauntlet [150-160 GP]
Energy Missile 3d6 dmg: PSP cost 2, Augmented to 5d6 dmg: PSP cost 4, Maximized: +4 PSP cost (Total PSP cost 8)
Cognizance Crystal (17 PSP) [81,000 GP]

My PC's Manifester Lv 10
Craft Psionic Arms and Armor Feat
Imprint Stone Feat
I don't need Craft Conizance Crystal since our GM is generous funding magical/psionic gear.

I also am not certain about the rules of item creation cost dealing with spells or powers that is augmented by metamagic/psionic feat and or psionic augmentation.

Please help.

You will have to ask your DM to come up with a price. Since you're trying to create a non-standard item there's no formula that will work. If I was your DM I wouldn't allow such an item unless the gauntlet was intelligent. Note also that you have not specified what kind of action should be required to activate the glove.
