Item problem... Morrus can you help?

Hi morrus... my character Stikum has a small problem with an item I bought from the tavern vendor and im wondering if there is anything you can do/suggest.

About a week or so ago Stikum bought a pair of Banshee Boots from the vendor. The abilities it has are:
Freedom
Haste
Improved Invisibility - 1 a day
Greater Foxes Cunning - 1 a day

From the start everything seemed to work fine except the greater foxes cunning. I decided to wait a while and see if logging in and out, reboots etc. would maybe fix it. Well after a week or more it seems not to make any diference. This one attribute doesnt seem to want to work.

Im wondering is there anything you can do or suggest? Anyone else have any ideas?

New problem(sorry)... One of my chars went into the Inn... And the drunk(guy you have drinking contest with) is standing right in front of the door. I cant get the door open to leave the Inn and the drunk wont move. I dont want to kill him. But I cant get out. I had just signed on to play a little bit since I couldnt sleep. And the first thing I did was go into the inn and get stuck there.. Oh well haha.
