Ward Cestus is a tiny exotic melee weapon on page 6 Table 1.4
Seems like a bargain for what it is. I guess a DM could rule that you can't enhance it for attack purposes since it's really just a blocking weapon, but then again it is a weapon as opposed to clothing (like a glove) that allows you to attack as though unarmed.
Some how it seems like there's a loophole in there.
