Iterative Touch Attacks

Hypersmurf

Moderatarrrrh...
A spell like Chill Touch provides the caster with several "charges".

If he's holding the charge on, say, 6 Chill Touches, and has a chance to make a Full Attack Action with three iterative attacks, can he make three melee touch attacks to discharge three Chill Touches on one opponent?

If he has monk levels, can he use the favourable UAB, rate of attacks, and Flurry with melee touch attacks, or only as melee attacks? And in either case, can he discharge the spell with each hit?

(Note he's not attempting to do unarmed damage, merely discharge the spell as many times as possible.)

Hmm... now to use the A&EG Bracers rules to put the DotF Energy Drain armor quality into some Bracers of Armor, and get a Hasted Monk-20 with Lightning Fists making 8 1d4-negative-levels-no-save touch attacks each round...

I did bug my players already with some monk/wiz guys with that tactic... glad to hear it was not that bad :D

A similar question: How expensive would a weapon enchantment with Chill Touch be?

I mean, it's slightly weaker than energy enchantments but has two side effects (Strength drain and scaring undead).

Would you consider it as a +2 or +1 thingy?

Ouch. Thanks Hyp, somehow I was thinking Chill Touch only caused 1d4....

FORGIVE ME!

I think 1d6 + 1 Str damage per attack is a +2, given that the Str damage is Fort Negates.

If you do drop it to 1d4... I think it's probably a fair +1.
