Hot (29 Celcius), sticky and smoggy here in Toronto.

So hot that last night's D&D game wrapped early and we all headed off to the pub for cold beer.

The forecast high for sunny Rhode Island is 88*F today...which I think is a polite way of saying 90.

I'd rather be in Omaha, Nebraska than in Chicago, IL.

Which is where I am. Having never been in Omaha, I can't make that comparison.

Anyway, Chicago is currently 85 degrees, heat index of 88. They're saying low 90s today, and humid. It's about the only kind of weather we get here that I really dislike.

50s and 60s all week, and rainy.

Two weeks ago it was in the high 80s and so sunny that I could only go outside for short periods of time.

But, then again, that's seattle-area weather for you.
