Heh--that'd be fun, but:
1) Hotel rooms don't usually have the best kitches, and
2) Cheesecakes don't usually travel well over long distances, and
3) I don't plan to spend my Gencon time slaving over a hot oven, and
4) I'm most likely not going this year anyway.

Otherwise, good plan!

(I can't really take credit for my cheesecake fu anyway--I just follow "Insanity" Rose Beranbaum's recipe for Cordon Rose cheesecake, and it comes out velvety and incredible.)
