I'm shocked at how quickly everyone has forgotten X-Wing... Which has my vote for best Star Wars game of all time... :)

As for the poll: My vote isn't any different than anyone well minus the one person who voted for Jedi Academy... Maybe it was by mistake? :)

Well I played KotOR for about three hours and didn't even get a lightsaber yet.

:/

Uninstalled.
I hope you are kidding. You uninstalled a game because it was too long for you?

X-Wing was very good, but I just felt that it didn't have a whole lot of replay value (meaning I've only played through it twice, and the second time got a bit boring).

Do you mind me asking how long ago this was? :) Games have changed since it's first release. :)

I got it sometime around '93. The next year I got the collectors edition for christmas which had enhanced graphics and sound (and Tie-Fighter) but I still couldn't get into it the same way I did the first time. I've also tried X-Wing vs Tie-Fighter, but it was basically just more of the same (and a lot easier than the earlier games).

Cool that would be the same time as me... I still have my floppies around here somewhere. :D I truly loved the game and consider it one of the best ever. Theirs has been many flight games for me since then but none to capture me the same way. If there has been more of an out of cockpit story it would have been better but wow I still loved it.

At least you've proven to me your not someone use to today’s games that played the accelerated graphic version from a few years ago as it's nice fair to compare an enhance game versus today’s games with their make your own missions and such. :)

Well to be fair I think my general dislike for flight simulators may have something to do with it.

Hey I still think Mechwarrior 2:Mercenaries (non-enhanced) is the best mech game. Now if I could just make my PDA run it. ;)

To those that have played KotOR, one word: Twitch.

:D
Though now that I think about, if you ignored every side quest that didn't lead directly to
rescuing Bastilla and getting off Taris
and didn't worry about inadvetently collecting dark side points (or light side points, if you're going Evil), I wonder how long it would take.

Mine would go to TIE Fighter. I liked X-Wing but didn't get into it as much. I've always been a bit of a fan of the Empire I guess. :)

KotOR is a great game, too. Time will tell but for now it is the best RPG I have played since Chrono Trigger.
