Actually Hellhound, that isn't a halfling, its just a guy kneeling.

You musta failed your spot roll....

That's really a Giant kneeling. He's trying to sell those two poor elves a cure-all for that nasty fugus on their feet.

I've updated my Jeff Dee Art Gallery with 3 black & white scans from the old D&D Expert rulebook (the blue book from 1981) and 2 colour pics from the V&V module,

Cool. Some old fogies like me like Otus, but I never saw the appeal. Now Dee was where it is at, AFAIAC!

Speaking of the expert rulebook, one of my favorite pictures from therein was one with a wizard with his hands surrounded by a nimbus of fire towards the end... any chance of seeing a scan of that one (I don't see it in your D&D gallery...)

Some of my favorite art from the old DDG were the Melnibone ones...

In case anyone is interested, the legendary Erol Otus has done the cover for the HackMaster module, Descent Into The Netherdeep, which is that game's version of Descent Into the Depths of the Earth. It's OT, but I thought this might be a good place to mention it.

And who are you mad at, Flexor? All frowny smilies looks rather angry, especially given the happy smiley in my post, if that's what you're objecting to.

I think I've mentioned it before, but Jeff Dee is also one of my all-time-favorite D&D artists. Some of the pics at the link above are actually some of my favorite pieces of his work.
