I would like to start a thread to honor an EN Worlder who has tirelessly given of himself year after year as an ENnies Nominations Committee Member (AKA Judge) since year one and deserves the thanks of the community for that service!


You, sir, are one great individual and deserve special notice!

I got to spend WAY more time with the guy at GenCon this year than I strictly deserve. Pretty much every minute of it is the kind of witty banter riddled with keen observation that makes you want the conversation to go on indefinately. He's great to game with and awesome to party with.

I hate to end this post on a downer but I must describe the dumbest question of GenCon this year. So I'm sitting in the Red Garter doing...nothing on Saturday night when TB's friend Chris (the Canadian guy who comes with Theo that I can never remember the last name of) says about Jeff, "I don't get why the strippers always just go RIGHT to the guy and sit on his lap?"

My jaw only hung there for a second before it got busy saying, "Um, because he's ing made of cool."

His Honor Guard pale and tremble as he sweeps past them, a swirl of dark cloak, and their knees buckle as his maniacal laugh rings throughout the fortress.
