Well, it's only based on the comic. The story and characters are really different. For example:

Do you know when the comic was published? Because it's not an original idea by any means. Heck, original Star Trek had an episode like that, and I doubt they invented the idea.

80s or earlier. I remember reading it in a Swedish magazine around then. The only similarities between the comic and the TV show are that there are two characters named Jeremiah and Kurdy, and that civilization has somehow fallen.

I think the Star Trek episode had the adult-killing plague as an ongoing thing, whereas with Jeremiah, it was a one-time event.

That's cause I ain't French, I just moved here a few months ago. I'll have to keep an eye out for the comic though!

Hm. Interesting! I'll have to try to keep an eye on this as it develops :)
