Jeremiah: The RPG???

I was at the Mongoose Publishing website the other day and noticed that they were releasing an RPG based on the TV series Jeremiah. The release date is 11/2004. Does anyone know if it has been released and if so has anyone had a look at it?

I liked the show and thought when I first saw it that the setting had some real potential for a post-apocolyptic setting if done right - hopefully it has been.

Huh. I really liked first season of Jeremiah, and second season was also good. It's a good setting and all, but I can't really see a whole RPG around it. There's nothing in the mechanics that you can't use any other sci-fi RPG rules for. No special classes, no paranormal abilities of any kind, no high-tech equipment... you could run it easily with d20 Modern, or the Buffy RPG system, or just about any other. I wonder what they'd put IN the book.

Hmmm...it would be nice if they would add material from the comic series as well. I wouldn't mind a sourcebook but not a complete system.

After checking out Mongoose Publishing's Jeremiah page, the rpg is supposed to be out this month. Thunder Mountain is supposed to be coming out in December. Both are a bit too costly for me.
