John Williams is not a cast member. Perhaps you are thinking of Richard Harris, who passed away and was replaced by Michael Gambon.

However, for Order of the Phoenix, the only confirmed actor is Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy). I hope everyone else renews their contracts.
