Judgement day HEROES (OOC thread and Re-Recruiting some)

YO, this is the OOC thread for any talk between the GOOD PC's in mine and Albedo's Judgement Day EPIC campaign.

To all you new players check out the Judgement Day OOC thred for details (First two pages and last page are the pretty much important stuff), and to ALL the GOOD players, any OOC talk/questions you wanna ask, feel free to ask'em here.

wasn't sure which thread to apply to, so I'm posting my intrest in both. I've got a wilder/paladin mix I've been itching to play, this looks like a opportune place to insert him. Room available?

On a side note, can the Exalted Arcanist pc (Pg 61-62 Exalted Handbood) apply to psionic "spell casting"?

I posted several questions about joining in the other thread without response, so I'm happy to see you are looking for people but I have some concerns as well. Like I said, all of my other requests were mostly ignored by the DMs and the game seems to be moving really slow on their end, so is it likely that this game will survive?

I don't mean to be negative, but I need to know the DMs are somewhat dedicated to running the game before I spend too much time on it. I know moving cause some problems, but what are the posting expectations (and what can we expect from the DMs)? I know it works for some people, but I just don't want to get involved if it will be a game that only has one update by the DM each week.

I am sorry I haven't gotten alot of time to consult the judgement day OOC thread. What little time I have had for this campain is going to the in game forum, and right now the pcs gotta pick things up a little.

Well I'd like to give the game a go then. I will post quite frequently, as long as I have something to which I can respond (or I can just post a bunch of internal dialogue ). I will be using the following concept.

Name: Robin Fenton
Class: Artificer/Fighter of some type
Diety: ??? (New god of creation)

Appearance: Robin is an extremely good looking middle aged fellow (this may change if I pick out an odd race), but the gear he carries makes him seem a bit eccentric. Yes, powerful figures in the world are know to posses powerful swords, armor, staffs, rods, wands, scrolls, etc., but few cary as many items around as Robin. He is literally covered with scroll cases, pouches containing various items (many of which hang out of their containers), weapons and staffs slung over his back, and several backpacks and handbags hang from his shoulders (no doubt containing even more magical gear). He may look like a travelling salesman, but Robin prides himself on always having the right tool for the job.

Background (Short version): Items of magical power are Robin's obbsession. He can't remember how long ago he developed this affinity for such objects, but he spent his teen years seaching for such things until he decided that was to much of a hassle (what with all the monster you have to fight and other adventurers to compete with). Robin gave up on looking for magic treasure and decided to just make it for himself.

After many years perfecting the art of item creation, struggling in alchemical laboratories and hot forges, Robin is finally satisfied with his skills. He has finally completed his life's quest, learning the skills to make any kind of magical item.

Content with his life, he was suprised to be contacted by the new god of creation with news of a "task of utmost importance." He was told that crafting skills are worthless is they are not put to good use. It was up to him to find a noble cause to which he might dedicate his skills, and only after he had done so would his life of learning gain any true meaning. It didn't take long to find the right noble cause...
