[Judges Guild/Necromancer] Wilderlands Player's Guide Available

The emails are rolling in and people are loving the Wilderlands. If you are considering this setting, you might want to check it out quick. Preliminary indications are that some stores (particularly on the east coast for some reason, I dont know why) are on their third or so order and are selling out right away. In these days of d20, few publishers do reprints. I'd hate to think people would miss out.

I've never done a post like this before for any Necro product, so I am serious. I am not just trying to hype it (thats what the downloads and the other things are for). This is not BS advertising junk. I am actually seriously concerned that it might sell through quicker than we thought. So if you are on the fence, do yourself a favor and go check it out now.

I'm having Cafepress do some sample prints of the map for me so that people can print extras on demand (if they want them and if the quality of the cafepress prints is good). This is NOT meant to replace the one in the book, just to give people options if they want multiples. If anyone knows of other print on demand places that could handle this, email me (scarkitty@yahoo.com) or post here.

At the email request of fans, we have posted an expanded table of contents for the Player's Guide to the Wilderlands.

My husband just picked this book up for me this afternoon, and wow! Already I can tell that I love it.

My players have a badly drawn map of a place no one they talk to has heard of before, and oddly, it looks very much like the upper right corner of the Wilderlands map! I guess that they're going to the Valley of the Ancients. This is a relief, because I just pulled this map out of thin air, figuring that I would make up the story as we went along. Wilderlands is much cooler than anything I could have put together myself in a million years.

Thanks, Clark, for bringing this totally awesome product back, so people like me can have it. Wilderlands rocks my world!

Now if I can just be patient until the other products in this line come out....

Buttercup, thanks.

That is absolutely what we are trying to do. There is a vast majority of D&D players who dont even know about this setting and it was so huge early on. I mean, back in the day who didnt have the City State of the Invincible Overlord? I really hope people check it out. In a way it has gained by being out of circulation for so long. It hasnt acquired all of the baggage and conflicting fan camps like, say, Greyhawk. Instead, the Wilderlands is as fresh as it was back then. And it totally fits the whole 3E feel of how it is a return to some of the 1E roots.

I'm so glad to hear your comment and I hope others check it out too.
