[June] What are you playing?

D&D 3.0

Will Larkin
Human
Sorceror
Level 7

The campaign is the DM's homebrew world based off of a decaying pseudo-Roman empire confronted by pseudo-Teutonic barbarian hordes. Quite enjoyable.

Currently playing and running 3e in FR.

Running RttToEE set a few days NE of Waterdeep in FR, the players haven't gotten very far, but has had some wonderful RP, so it's all good. :D

Playing Sheyoni Winterfall of the house Winterfall, a 3rd level half human/half air elemental wizard who comes from a minor Cormyrian noble family, incredibly curious, wanted to go on adventures, her goal in life is to become a famous lore master. She's beginning to think that adventuring isn't what it's cracked up to be, even if it is in the family tradition. Being claustrophobic and ending up in underground tunnels don't work for some reason. ;)

Hoping to find something other than 3e to play eventually, getting burned out on it.

Running, breathing and drinking a D&D 3e Planescape game that is rapidly dominating my evenings and entire weekends. Not that I'm minding, I have a great group for it.

Also running a D&D 3e semi-historical homebrew set during the 5th crusade.

And playing in a d20 CoC game, a D&D 3e FR game, and soon to be a mutants and masterminds game. In other words some of these alternate weeks but at the end of the day I do nothing but game on the weekends. *grin* Love it.

What are you playing right now? What's the name/race/class/level of your character and what campaign world/system are you using? How is it going?

A d20 system BoVD-esque horror game.

Amiel, The Twice Fallen CE fallen solar Asn5/Soulreaver 15 of Cyric.

I am a true 'liar,' and stripped the virginity of nearly all the villages' maidens. :p

Alas, both the Dragonlance game that i DM and the Spelljammer game that i am a PC in are on hold.
I hope to start up a d20Modern/urban arcana game soon.

Insurance company of elemental evil. Buy our policy or feel the elemental earthquakes and floods =)

Let me guess: you lied with the race and levels? You're really just a succubus with notions above his station? ;)

I'm playing a Risen Demon (FFG's Mythic Races) in a D&D3e Mystara/Known World campaign. He's a Paladin/Cleric/Warpriest of Petra 3/4/1.

I'm GMing the following campaigns:

1. GURPS Cabal, set in NYC in 1929

2. GURPS Reign of Fire, a post-apocalyptic sf/horror/fantasy crossover between Cabal & Reign of Steel (see my Pyramid article for further details on this)

3. Transhuman Space

4. GURPS Yrth 2003 - set after a devastating war, a zombie plague and the discovery of a new continent

I'll start at least 2 new campaigns soon, but my players still haven't chosen from my 6 proposed settings/themes...

Storytelling a Tuesday night Exalted game.

Playing in an irregularly scheduled BESM game, recently converted to the M&M ruleset.

I'm the DM. Party level 13. Forgotten Realms. Homemade adventure. The group just finished RttToEE. The sequal faces them off against Banites from Baldur's Gate and other assorted baddies.

I am playing D20.

The game is called Time Lord: the Watchmen, and is an offshoot of doctor who.

Figure Doctor who with $50 million dollar budget - filled with action intriuge and drama across time and space.

While episodic so far, tonight is the first episode to introduce the series arc on the War, Faction paradox, the mysterious Enemy, etc. based on Lawrence Miles Faction Paradox arc in the DW novels and beyond.

It is pretty exciting stuff - a war that crosses time and space in which the two most valuable battle grounds at stake are "cause" and "effect".

A war where the historians win as many battles as the soliders, and the greatest victory may be ensuring that you have a past...

If you haven't read any Lawrence Miles - check him out.

Doctor Who on steroids....
