I got shipping notice from Amazon this morning that KotS had shipped. Apparently, Amazon is going to target release day for delivery, just not guarantee it as they do with huge releases like Harry Potter books. Mine should be here Tuesday, can't wait. That also bodes well for me not having to go the weekend of June 7&8 without the core books.

God, I hope so. Delivery Estimate: June 17-June 23 is what I'm getting, with a ship date of June 10. Can't they at least ship it on the release date? Or even the 5th--no way it's going to arrive same day.

Well, that's what my FLGS was told by Enigma (the WotC distributor for Scandinavia). They are in København, so I trust you to exact justice if they fail to deliver the core books on time.
